For the Sources the obsession started a few months ago with a story called Wide Awake.

 

But there is this one gal who is known on Twitter as the FanFiction Pusher, But for now let’s call her @JittzPattzing . She will be manning this part of the blog.

Ok FanFic lovers, some new recs for you! I hope you enjoy these as much as I did!

Master of the Universe

Story by: Snowqueens Icedragon This story owns me right now. It’s still in progress, but she updates literally almost every two days! This is a non-conventional Domward. He’s mysteriously scarred by past events, which has led him to a Dom lifestyle, but Bella seems determined to heal the wounds that have made him into a man who, at this point, fears real intimacy. It’s entirely from Bella’s POV, and this is one of the most real and relatable Bella’s I’ve ever come across. Her writing is superb, the plot moves quickly, and it’s totally addictive. “Bella is drafted in to interview the reclusive enigmatic Edward Cullen, multi-millionaire CEO of his company. It’s an encounter that will change her life irrevocably, leading her to the darkest realms of desire. AH AU”

The Screamers

Story by: KiyaRaven “Living on the streets is hard for Bella Swan, but not as hard as putting up with Edward Cullen when he drags her into his lifestyle of sex, drugs and Rock and Roll. Will they be able to help each other before they kill each other?” I think this description on FanFic is a tad misleading, in that when Edward meets Bella in this, he’s given up the sex and drugs and is trying desperately to shed ‘the monster’ on his back that makes him violently snap. This story is very, very HAWT! Lots of amazing lemons and Bella’s homelessness has made her feisty and guarded. Can they shed their undesirable pasts and find acceptance and love in each other? There’s also a great Jasper/Alice side plot. The Screamers refers to Edward’s fear of the screaming fangirls.  Some major heart fail and a very interesting plot. Disclaimer: Rob appears in this as a separate character, and he plays a decently major role. This was the only downside for me, as I really don’t dig Rob in FanFic, but the good outweighs this. AH AU

Resident Geek

Story by: cdunbar I have a total soft spot for Geekwards, and this one is great! Edward works in the library’s tech support and meets Bella when she starts working there. Easy and fun read, but the only drawback is she takes a very long time to update. “Geeky Edward thinks he has absolutely no shot with the popular, beautiful Bella. Is he right, or will she be one of the many girls who think geeks make for better lovers?” AH AU

The Tutor

Story by: ItzMegan73 Oh man, this one is sooooooooooo good. Her writing style is like taking a breath of fresh air! She writes the teen experience so well, too. The often stupid mistakes, the immaturity and the fear makes you feel really immersed in this high school world. I FELT like I was in H.S. again. Edward is rebellious and hardened. Bella is smart and strong. The other characters are also written so well. New student Bella Swan needs to break out of her shy exterior and her guidance counselor has the answer: tutoring. And Bella is too new to know she shouldn’t want to tutor Edward Cullen.” AH AU

Creature of Habit

Story by: EZRocksAngel This is one of the few Vamp stories I’ve read recently and really, really enjoyed. It’s completely OOC. Bella goes to work for the incredibly private and reclusive Edward Cullen, who owns and operates a huge corporation in Seattle. She works at his private residence as his assistant. Bella is confused and put off by Edward, who is trying to keep his vamp identity a secret. You get Bella and Edward POV’s, and I really enjoyed her writing style. Edward has separated himself from the rest of the Cullen’s in this story. You find out why as the story progresses. There’s a lot of danger for Bella, as she becomes immersed in the vamp world. Very unexpected and creative plotline. Vamp, OOC

His Personal Assistant

Story by: NorthernLights17 Oh man…this story is so dirtily delicious and decadent that I read it in a day. The lemons are freaking spectacular!  And it has major heartstring tugging as well. Think “The Office” with some fun differences and twists.  The plot moves super fast, and the other characters are also fun to read. Bella enlists the help of Edward’s brothers to seduce her distant boss. “Bella Swan, personal assistant to handsome, rich, successful Edward Cullen, decides to take her friends advice and make her oblivious boss fall in love with her. AU AH.”

Visitation

Story by: Radiofreeamy “What if Edward reacted violently while saving Bella that night at Port Angeles? Can Edward and Bella find themselves and love while Edward is incarcerated?” Edward is human in this and saves Bella that night in Port Angeles, savagely killing the men attacking her. Edward’s had a very rough life and grew up in the foster care system. In the back-story, we find out he was an outcast at school, and Bella had been intrigued and attracted to him when assigned to sit next to him in Biology, but they never spoke.  When he gets convicted, Bella is riddled with guilt and righteous-indignation and determined to get to know the shy and reclusive Edward in prison. Talk about blue balls! I absolutely love this story, but she updates VERY infrequently. AH AU

Safe Haven

Same AMAZING author (Snowqueens Icedragon) of the ongoing ‘Master of the Universe.’ I absolutely LOVED this first story by her. I giggled hysterically like a schoolgirl after reading this whole thing in one sitting, it was so damn good. Seriously awesome. You will certainly recognize my personal favorite man in the FUCKING WORLD in this Edward. Really, we should just call him Robward. It’s all from EPOV, though I would LOVE to see a sequel from Bella’s POV! She’s such a badass in this. “Edward Cullen is filming his new movie in Las Vegas. His only solace is Bella, who lives and works in the luxury hotel he is staying. But is she all she seems?” Big plot twists and major heart fail. Completely delicious. AU AH

These should be canon of Vamp E/B. They are so filled with love, great plot and lemony goodness; they make you want to cry. And I did. Several times. The author LolaShoes is writing another sequel too in the fall I believe.

Wide Awake

Simply read it. If you don’t read this, you’re not a FF lover. Darkward and Bella are fucked up and need each other in the worst ways. It will make you crave cookies the entire time.

Age of Consent

Naughty Edward! Bella’s only 16 when they first meet, but she’s ready to go! LOL No, it’s a sweet, romantic story about first love for both of them, and hot as hell. Still ongoing. AH

Hydraulic Level 5

Should also be canon reading. Still in progress. To say this woman is a talented writer is to do her a disservice. She could easily change the character names and turn it into a bestseller. E/B AH and it’s simply like emotional porn. So clever. The title is whitewater rafting refs, not mechanics are us. It’s simply breathtaking and makes me want to rip my heart out and hand it to her.

Emancipation Proclamation

If you don’t read this, you can’t be my friend. LOL. MafiaPrinceWard, Bella’s a slave, the writing is so descriptive and beautiful. Their love story is epic. And it’s got one helluva twist I can’t for the life of me figure out! I’m so hooked, I should probably seek therapy. What I would take to a deserted island if I absolutely had to pick one FF. It’s still in progress.

The Office

2 words: BEAUTIFUL BASTARD. One of the most popular stories out there. The beginning is so lemontastic you think you might implode, but the love and angst come in FULL FORCE about midway through as the lovely Christina takes over. Ripped La Perla. Check. It’s a must must read.

Tropic of Virgo

Think early Kings of Leon Edward Rock Star and deep thinker meets shy poetry loving Bella. Like following Twilight from AH point of view. Its fantastic. Also think “You’ve Got Mail”

Withering The Ferns

Also by AngstGoddess who wrote Wide Awake. Great, short story with a messed up Edward and Bella fleeing in the woods…but why? Great twist.

Clipped Wings & Inked Armor

Oh man, HunterHunting the author gave me a TattWard that will haunt my dreams forever. Not to mention that whenever I see a tatted man now, I get moist. Fantastic, absolute must-read. Edward & Bella both suffered extremely excruciating past trauma and find peace in each other. Not a new theme arc, but you’ll feel like it is in this magnificent story. AH, should be Canon reading

Art After 5  

A lot naughty! Genius, shy Edward’s only 16 and Bella’s early 20′s and works at his school, but I’m telling you…heart Fail. Angst. Lemons. Love it. AH. Still being written. Currently the sequel from EPOV being written too called CounterPoint

Oh man, think the most beautiful RobArt, broken to the point of being forced to whisper when speaking. His high school lab partner Bella is intrigued and immediately taken with the shy boy. I love this Edward so much I want to just cuddle him and squeeze him and never let him go. Start with Boy and Girl is still being written. Totally AH swoonage.

Holding Out For You

This is a beautiful story about 2nd chances. Edward’s wife Tanya died tragically leaving him and his 2 kids broken. Bella divorced Jake and has a son. She moves to CA and meets the hottest widower alive. Romance and angst galore. Great for those wanting a mature, untraditional E/B story arc.

Poughkeepsie

Edward is homeless, but sweet Bella sees him every day at the train platform on the way to school. But she sees the beautiful, damaged man everyone else thinks is invisible. Very unique plotline. Can she save him? Even if he thinks he sparkles in the sun for real? It’s full of win. AH, still ongoing.

The Sacrificial Lamb

Ok, this author almost gave me a panic attack when the last chapter was recently published, but she’s starting the sequel and I’m full of hope. The story is fuckhawt. This is a MobWard and Bella is his captive, a pawn in a mob plot to blackmail Charlie Swan. Fabulous twists, a couple of them. I feel like tay tay repeating “the cabin scenes. the cabin scenes. the cabin scenes.”

High Anxiety

So I have a rule about not reading FF’s unless they are far along because I have serious impatience issues, but this story is so fucking phenomenal, it doesn’t even matter. It’s achingly beautiful. Innocent, sweet, Twilight retelling AH, and I can’t wait to read more!!!

Blood Lines

All I can truly say about this is you have to read it. Like Hydraulic Level 5 or Emancipation Proclamation, it’s like reading the most beautiful, descriptive love story. This is E/B as Vamps and its Alt Universe, but so much more than you ever hoped or dreamed that the E/B story could be at the end of Eclipse and BD. It has a HUGE phenomenal twist at the beginning that at first made me say, “WTF?”, but I am SOO glad I kept on reading because it’s one of the best FF’s I’ve ever read. I cried my eyes out from the beauty of it in so many chapters because Edward is the father you always wanted and that Steph Meyer denied us of. If you hated Edward in BD, THIS is YOUR story.

Perspective

This is one of those ‘leading up to the wedding night’ vamp acclimation FF’s but done with such good taste, you feel like it’s what Edward would have really done to orient himself to having sex with Bella. It’s so well written and the characters so realistic. The lemons are lovely, not smutty, aka Edward never says, “Oh Bella, I just want to fuck you and eat your pussy!” We all KNOW Edward wouldn’t really say that LOL

Metamorphosis

Retelling of BD and it’s one of a kind! Award-winning and fantastic. She does an amazing job of giving us what SM didn’t…I was hooked from Chapter 1

I Love LA

This is the only Rob story (vs. Edward) that I’ve read and I LOVED It. If anyone ever heard someone refer to ‘George and Gracie’ this is the story. Grace is a 33 year old with her 2nd chance at love and life. She meets Rob Pattinson before Twi premieres. And OMG, Rob is………skilled………and awesome………and yeah.
 

Dark Side of the Moon

Also award winning retelling of NM from EPOV. OMG, so good, so good, so good, so good. If you love Edward’s POV, THIS is the story for you. SOOOOOO GOOODDD must read

Hand In Glove

Everyone needs to go read and review THE MOST FANTASTIC start to a FF I’ve ever read by windycitywonder. I’m simply having an out of body experience having just finished it. I don’t know how a one shot could set up such love, desire and pure lust in one scene, but you’ve got it here. And Bella? Well, ladies, I often get disappointed by the Bella’s. Believe you me, you will NOT be let down, annoyed or bored by this one. SHE owns me in this one so far, and that’s saying something with ClubWard breathing in my ear!

So there you go. There are some of my top FF’s I’ve read. I’m constantly reading and learning about new ones, so I’ll continue to post updates of those that I’ve loved….I’m looking at you ’Oh, Inverted World’!
